Vallevue will be hosting a Rosh Hashana Retreat 📅 Friday September 11th through Monday September 14th for Jewish adults. We will be curating a space to spend the chag with fellow Jews of all levels of observance and backgrounds. To pray to Hashem with a genuine heart (Davenings will be in accordance with Chabad customs), lift our souls in song and niggunim before hearing the Shofar, and to do real inner work. By keeping our group limited to 75 people, we're creating a focused, homey experience immersed in nature and surrounded by stunning Valley Views.

Alter Deitsch | Davenings &Spiritual Nourishment infused with Alter’s signature warmth, deep insight, and accessible wisdom to guide our Tefillot (Chazan) and growth.

Esther Gottlieb | Aesthetic & Decor Thoughtful floral arrangements and tasteful tablescaping create an ambience to elevate the Chag aesthetic.

Matty Rosenhaus | Organizer & Culinary Experience When not busy behind the scenes, Matty will be whipping up wholesome home-cooked Yom Tov meals prepared fresh on-site using clean ingredients and timeless holiday recipes.

Rochel Spangenthal | Therapeutic Facilitator Through gentle breathwork and mindful guided meditation practices, Rochel will offer opportunities for safe, embodied presence with self, other, and the Divine.

Moshe Fehler | Musical vibes and will lead Havdalah after chag with his naturally soothing melodic voice and deep presence

Camping (20 spots)

Conveniently park your car next to your camp site. Camp sites are first come unless you reserve a specific spot.

Beds in shared room (40 spots)

There are nine shared rooms between 4 - 8 beds in a room. Women upstairs. Men on the main floor and basement. we assign you to a room - beds are first come unless you pay to reserve.

Room 8. Two single beds on the main floor $1,250

Room 9. One Queen and one single bed with private bath $1,800

Room 11. One Full and one single bed with private bath $1,500

Room 12. One full bed $1,000

~ 3  RV spots 

Each person in the RV must pay the camping per person price + $300 RV fee

Provided:

• Linens/towels for beds/private rooms (Campers must bring their own)

• Welcome Bag and light refreshments on arrival

• All Holiday meals (GF options provided. We prefer to cook food with clean ingredients only, no seed oils, excessive sugar etc)

• Light Breakfast 

• Coffee, Tea, & Snacks

• Soft drinks (water, seltzer, juices, sodas)

• Limited Kiddush wine, beer and hard liquor (we are happy to add to the spirit of the Chag , excessive drinking will not be tolerated)

• All Rosh Hashana services and rituals 

• A full schedule of optional Workshops, Activities, Music, to be announced

Registration:

You must fill out the registration form below and pay to book your spot. Only once payment is received is your spot reserved. You will receive confirmation via email or whatsapp; it will also include important information and a link to the confirmed Whatsapp group. 

**All First-timers must have a mutual friend vouch for them. That means you must have the mutual friend reach out to us and tell us they vouch for you. 

Refund policy:

If the organizers of this event do not think you are a fit or if you have a reasonable need for cancelling in a timely manner you will either be refunded or given credit to a future event. We handle refunds on a case by case basis. We do our best to be kind and fair.
